Finding the time to exercise and work on your spirituality is daunting. Who has 15, 20, or 30 minutes to spare when there are meals to prepare, homework to check or another day to get ready for. In the scheme of things me time sounds like a luxury. You put other people first (because somebody told you it was a virtue) and you’re so invested at work that you eat at your desk if you take lunch at all.

In order to embrace a healthier lifestyle you have to take that same energy and invest it into your life. It doesn’t make you selfish, in fact it makes you WISE. 86,400 seconds, we all get the same number in our day. If you feel like that’s not enough here’s one way you can make them work better for you.

In today’s 3 minute video I share with you a movement that I designed as part of my quest to embrace a healthier lifestyle by working with the whole-self.  The movement demonstrates one easy win for getting in some worship with your workout. Me time isn’t a luxury it’s what you do when you choose to live with vitality and sometimes that means combining the things you love to fit into the time you have.
