Those feelings are normal. By working with us, individually or in group settings, moms-to-be and new moms find that their feelings are validated. Women also discover the womanly wisdom that resides deep within. Birth is about being the expert in your life and trusting your instincts.
Our services are open to all women regardless
of due date. Single women, teens and women over 35 are especially encouraged to reach out to learn how we can be of service.

had last weekend. Most of my fears (most because I'm still a little
bit nervous) about labor and giving birth were put to ease and I feel a
bit more confident about the whole process and how to deal with things
when they happen. Rudy also really enjoyed the classes and it helped
