Consulting Investment & Travel
The investment you make is project or value-based. Using this method allows our clients to budget for our services, making it easier to invest when you hire us. A 50% deposit is due within 14 days to secure the dates and/or time frame for our services. The balance is due upon completion of services. To get started book a consultation.
In addition to your investment for the direct service your organization is invoiced for reasonable travel expenses. These expenses may include round trip airfare, lodging, ground transportation, parking and/or meals. Travel arrangements made directly by your organization are typically the more economical option, or you may reimburse us for these expenses after we complete the services.
Class Registration
Class sizes are intentionally kept small to assure personal attention and participation. Class locations and directions provided upon receipt of payment.
Third Party Reimbursement and Insurance Coverage
Check with your human resources department to learn if your Health/Flexible Savings Account or insurance company will cover our childbirth classes, doula, or fitness services. You will be given a detailed receipt for this purpose and instructions from Just Us Women Productions. While this does not guarantee third-party reimbursement (this depends on your insurance company and your advocacy efforts) it does support the process and its importance.
Class Investment
ADVANCE REGISTRATION is an efficient means of operation and assures each client receives quality services. All in-person classes need a 50% deposit to confirm your space. A partial refund will be given with a written request at least 7 days before the first class less an administrative fee of $25. Payment in full is required at registration for all online birthing classes.
NO REFUNDS are given for in-person classes once they have begun. For online birthing classes no refunds are given once you sign-in or 14 days after purchase. Medical: For in-person childbirth classes refunds are given for medical reasons such as bed rest. We strongly recommend you begin your childbirth classes in your second or early third trimester with the goal of finishing them by the end of your 36th week. We will offer a partial refund for missed classes due to premature labor up to 37 weeks.
CANCELLATIONS: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone classes and will either issue a full refund or re-schedule your class with a minimum of 7 days notice before the class date. In special circumstances such as being on call for a birth, you will receive advance notice of the potential for a conflict in schedule. In these instances we add an extra day to the class agenda as an alternate date (similar to the concept of a rain date). Limited enrollment leads to canceled or postponed classes.
