Schedule and Description
A deposit is required with your registration to hold your space for all workshops. Final payments are due prior to, but no later than the first class.

Pregnancy, Labor and Letting Your Baby Out

Classes limited to six moms and their support person (optional). Deposits required for all workshops.

Normal Birth Education Class - Best time to attend at least 8 -10 weeks before your due date.

Optimal time to attend is early in your second trimester or whenever you are ready to take responsibility for your birth choices.


Each class is facilitated by an independent childbirth educator trained to teach women about normal birth and medical alternatives. Sessions include: question and answer time, relaxation techniques, and small group activities that support normal birth and educate women on medical alternatives. Handouts provided and birth videos/DVD's screened. Healthy refreshments will be provided at the first class. Participants will then be asked to provide snacks on a rotating basis.

Making the decision to become a mother is a big step, one filled with decision making and ongoing transitioning.  Wellness Coaching for Pregnancy allows you to have support from day one, before you become pregnant. With a Wellness Coach you get to explore your pregnancy from a whole health perspective, infused with your values, motivators and challenges. In an informational session learn how your pregnancy related needs can be addressed by working with a  Wellness Coach.

Infant Massage Instruction

Private group instruction available. Get your session free with a minimum of three friends.

Professional infant massage instruction for the birth professional, lay person, caregiver, or parent. Learn the benefits of using infant massage/nurturing touch to build your confidence as a new parent, support your baby’s healthy development, decrease postpartum depression, and enhance bonding and attachment. For birth professionals this training will give you the knowledge and skills to enhance your current services. No previous experience required. This class will not certify you teach but to educate others about the benefits of infant massage. Great for those considering becoming certified instructors.

Every mother’s birth experience is unique, allowing her to come away learning new and valuable information about herself.  In Birthing Again each mother will have an opportunity to reflect on her previous birth experience and explore the tools she needs to experience an empowering and satisfying birth this time around.  Open to mom and support person.  Facilitated discussion, handouts, interactive exercises, and short lectures. Birth Circle®





A group for pregnant and new mothers with an infant 0 - 12 months. A safe and non-judgmental place to give voice to your concerns, triumphs or challenges and ask questions about pregnancy or motherhood.  Each circle includes open discussion and a topic talk facilitated by a birth professional.

This class is for new mama & baby.  Let us help you stay fit as you transition into motherhood. Open to postpartum moms 6 weeks or more, and baby's.  Baby's must be in a sling or carrier.
