Learn more about the childbirth classes.
Each class includes discussion, question and answer time, relaxation
techniques and small group activities. Handouts provided and birth
videos/DVD's screened. Healthy refreshments will be provided at the first class. Students will then be asked to provide snacks on a rotating basis.
A deposit of $100 is required with your registration form to hold your space. Final payments are due prior to, but no later than, the start of the first class.

Infant Massage Instruction

come away learning new and valuable information about herself. In Birthing Again each mother will have an
opportunity to reflect on her previous birth experience and explore the tools
